The Scottish Highlands and North Coast 500 Tour takes us through approximately 1,300 miles of the most scenic glacial valleys, alongside shimmering lochs as smooth as glass, and over the best highland passes in Scotland.
We ensure that we ride some of the most amazing and twisting scenic roads in Europe, while enjoying the amazing Scottish hospitality.
After each outstanding day on the road, our evening’s are spent predominantly at high-end country hotels situated directly on and overlooking the lochs where we can really absorb the Scottish landscape and beauty and where we can eat together with some of the best locally produced and harvested food – especially seafood and steak, on earth.
The tour stops at numerous great viewpoints that will take your breath away, including Scottish castles and the odd Scottish distillery so that you can stock up on the finest whisky on the planet.
Traveling through the magnificent Scottish Highlands from the south to the complete north, we also travel around the beautiful Isle of Skye, we have an evening to travel into the historic northern Scottish city of Inverness, and we travel to and alongside Loch Ness.

Day 1 takes the tour group from the meeting point at Gretna Green - a historical location where young lovers would elope to marry, up through the south of Scotland and into the beautiful Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and it's winding magnificent roads.
The day ends in a beautiful loch-side country spa-hotel directly on and overlooking Loch Fyne, where a complimentary welcome group dinner is provided.
Day 2 takes the tour from Loch Fyne further north into Scotland, cutting through the beautiful lochs and prehistoric glacial mountain ranges of mid-Scotland, before traveling through amazing Glencoe and paying our respects at the Spean Bridge Commando Memorial.
The day ends in Balamacara in another very beautiful loch-side hotel overlooking Loch Alsh.
Day 3 takes in the world-renowned Isle of Skye and its unique and amazing coastal scenery.
Polaris loves the Isle of Skye so much that we have a full day to take in all of the outstanding twist highland and lowland roads that the island has to offer, before returning back to Loch Alsh, but to another favourite loch-side and lock overlooking hotel of ours to enjoy more amazing food, drinks, and company as you wish.
Day 4 takes in the beautiful Scottish highland ranges and the high west coast of Scotland, while traversing some of the most amazing and beautiful roads in the world.
We'll arrive into Kylesku during the last afternoon to an outstanding loch-side hotel directly on and overlooking Loch Gleann Dubh, where you can try some of the best freshly caught seafood in the world from catch to plate.
Day 5 takes us on the final push north and brings us finally to Durness, where Scotland meets the Caribbean and the award winning blue emerald sea at Durness is a sight to behold.
We'll take in some of the furthest-most and amazing north-coast 500 roads, before peeling back toward the south and arriving into another loch-side hotel directly on and overlooking Beauly Firth and just outside of Inverness.
Day 6 takes us from Inverness to and alongside the infamous and very beautiful Loch Ness, where outstanding roads take us south through the centre of Scotland and back into the lowland hills before we arrive just outside of historic Stirling to our final loch-side beautiful hotel which is set directly on and overlooking Loch Ard.
Our complimentary departure dinner gives the group a final time to get together, to share the weeks memories, and to clink a glass or two together until the next time that we meet.
Day 7 is the final ride out of Scotland for the tour, and participants can feel free ride to nearby Edinburgh if they want to finish their tour in the amazing and very beautiful Scottish capital, or to follow the Polaris tour guide to the final departure shake of hands and hugs at Gretna Green.
