Can I request that my PII is deleted from your databases?

Yes. We are obliged to delete all PII held on you, and this will be completed and confirmed within 7 working days after formally being requested. Please note that this request during an active booking process may invalidate our ability to provide services to you and will be treated as a cancellation within section 7 of our terms and conditions.
